Turner Road, Lodi, California 95241. <br /> San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD)received application for 5- <br /> year permit review from Waste Management, the operator of Central Valley Waste <br /> Services, and conducted permit review pursuant to Title 27 of California Code of <br /> Regulation (T27CCR), Section 21675.
