Turner Road, Lodi, California would like to <br /> submit the following report based on the Solid Waste Facility Permit 39-AA-0017 Section 16, <br /> Self Monitoring. The following information is included based upon the self-monitoring program <br /> as described in the Report of Facility Information: <br /> a) Tonnage Reports of Waste Received <br /> b) Summary of all complaints received regarding this facility and the operator's action to <br /> resolve these complaints <br /> Tonnage Records of waste received along with quantities and types of materials recycled or <br /> salvaged can all be found on the October 2014 Central Valley Waste Grid Reports (Appendix A). <br /> No complaints were received for October 2014 in regards to the Solid Waste Facility Permit, <br /> attached is a print out of the Waste Management Public Comment Management Summary for <br /> October 2014 (Appendix B). <br /> Please feel free to contact me at (209) 333-5628 with any questions or concerns. <br /> Sincerely, <br /> Carlos Fonseca <br /> Transfer Station Manager <br />
