The following are the responses for rest of the violations found during your recent Haz Waste/material inspection at the Victoria's Secret store located in Stockton CA. Violation 1—The Hazardous waste/materials were not being determined and separated properly in the appropriate containers. Response: 1. The associates were retrained on how to separate the hazardous waste. Attendance sheets for this training were kept and provided. 2. The Hazardous waste/materials containers were relabeled with the proper labels. Stericyle/Clean Earth techs were reminded that they are to replace the labels at each pick up. Store associates were informed to replace these labels if Stericycle/Clean Earth does not do this. Without these labels it is difficult to know which container to place the Hazardous waste/materials so they are properly separated. See attached pictures. Violation 2—No Modified Contingency Plan (Emergency posting) -Response: The store has been supplied with this form. It is completed and posted. Please see the attached picture. Violation 3—The store associates were not trained on hazardous Waste/materials handling and emergency procedures. Response:/have attached the retraining attendance sheet for the Hazardous Waste/materials program for this store. /have also attached the Hazardous waste/materials program training for Bath and Body Works stores. L Brands owns Victoria's secret and Bath and Body works stores. The contents of the programs are the some for both brands. Violation 4—The Store did not have the final copies of Manifests with the signatures at the bottom of the forms available. Response: The final copies of manifests(with signature on the bottom) were in the stores mail box. We have reminded the stores that they have to check their mailbox for these manifests and keep these copies in their records. 1 Fedexed copies of these manifests to the store. I emailed copies of these manifests to you a few weeks ago. Violation 5—Exception Reports. Response: No exception reports are required because the store had the final copies of the manifests in their mailbox, but they were not checking their mailbox. Violation 6—Hazardous Waste/materials containers did not have lids on them. Response:the store associates were reminded to keep lids on containers when not adding hazardous waste to containers. A new lid was ordered for the one container that was missing a lid. Violation 7—The store was not completing and documenting the weekly hazardous waste/materials program inspection. Response: The stores leaders were reminded of this requirement. The inspection form was supplied to the store. Please seethe attached copy of this form completed. Violation 8—The Hazardous waste/materials containers were not properly labeled. Response: the store associates and Stericycle/Clean earth were reminded that the containers must be relabeled after each pick up with the proper label and label type to assure proper separation. The labels on containers are pictured in the attachment. Please contact me if additional actions are required of if there are any questions.
