Section 20933(a). and Section <br /> 20934(a), the San Jo4quin county Environmental Health Department (EHD) is requiring quarterly <br /> monitoring and reportitig for the gas monitoring probes constructed at Turnpike Rd.,south of Downing Rd. <br /> The following sections explain requirements that must be met. <br /> 27 CCR, Section 20933;Monitoring Frequenc% <br /> (a)At a minimum,quarterly monitoring is required.The EA may require more frequent <br /> monitoring based upon site specific factors in section 20923(a)(2). %Vhen more frequent <br /> monitoring is necessary,the requiring agency shall notif,-the operator. <br /> 27 CCR,Section 20934; Reporting e EA within ninety(90)days of sampling. <br /> (a)The results of gas monitoring shall be submitted to th <br /> provided that compliance levels are maintained.When compliance levels are exceeded at any <br /> probe,the requirements of section 20937 shall apply.The monitoring reports shall include:(1) the concentrations of the methane.as measured at each probe and within each on-site <br /> structure; <br /> (2) the concentrations of specified trace gases,if required; <br /> (3) the documentation of date, time, barometric pressure, atmospheric temperatures, <br /> general weather conditions,and probe pressures; <br /> (4) the names of sampling personnel, apparatus utilized, and a brief description of the <br /> methods used;and <br /> (5) a numbering system to correlate monitoring results to a corresponding probe <br /> location. <br /> The EHD Is requiring quarterly sampling of the gas probes to be mformed within thirty(30)days of <br /> receipt of this letter.
