The following chemicals were found on-site and have not been reported to CERS chemical inventory. 100 gallons of Scottzyme inside the Chemical Storage Room 220 gallons of Lubricant Fluid inside the storage area located on the back of Sherry Cellar Three pallets of Dicalte 4200/DE Powder inside the Chemical Storage Room The chemicals inventory forms for the chemicals do not include all the locations where chemicals are stored. Perasan A stored in bottling room and chemical storage room , but the chemical storage room is only listed. X Wash A is stored in the Main Cellar and Chemical Storage Room, and only the Main Cellar listed in the chemical inventory form. Any material that meets or exceeds the reportable quantity shall be reported in the facility's business plan. Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, add the materials to the hazardous material inventory, and submit to the EHD for approval. This is a repeat violation, Class II. 6 HSC 25505(a)(2) Failed to electronically submit a site map with all required content. A site map was not completed and updated with all current information. Facility has resigned wine tank numbers(806-811)and has not updated the site map. The chemical location on the site map does not match with the locations in the chemical inventory form. A site map shall contain a north orientation, loading areas, internal roads, adjacent streets, storm and sewer drains, access and exit points, emergency shutoffs, evacuation staging areas, hazardous material handling and storage areas, and emergency response equipment. If a site map element is not applicable for your facility then list it on the map and label as"NA". Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, upload the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval.
