She has gotten a permit for a solar project. As part of that, she said that a Ms. Dana Alfonsca (not sure about
spelling) from your office has visited her property and has given Mr. & Mrs. Norman a document requesting they
condemn a septic system on their parcel.
Apparently, they had a trailer, used for employee housing, hooked up to this septic system until July of 2016. At that
time, the employee found other housing and they removed the trailer. They may, in the future, replace the trailer for
additional employee housing. So, they do not want to condemn the septic. Ms. Norman said the septic is appropriately
capped and secure. She's not sure why this would be required, especially when they may need it in the future.
Can you provide some clarification for Ms. Norman? If needed, her contact #209-937-0729. As always, thank you!!
Denise L. Warmerdam
Chief of Staff
Supervisor Chuck Winn, District Four
San Joaquin County Board of Supervisors
44 N.
