02 August 2018 AGE-NC Project No. 18-4471 Page 5 of 5 collection, the samples will be properly labeled, placed in a chilled container and transported under chain of custody to a CDPH-certified analytical laboratory for analysis of the following constituents: • TPH-g by EPA Method TO-15. • Volatile organic compounds (VOCs) full scan in accordance with EPA Method TO-15. • Per- and Polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFA's) in accordance with EPA Method 537 3.2. EQUIPMENT DECONTAMINATION/WASTE MANAGEMENT Prior to use, all sampling tools used for sample collection will be thoroughly rinsed with clean water after being washed with a solution of Alconox. Any soil waste generated during field activities will be stockpiled and covered with plastic sheeting, and stored on- site in an area lacking general public access. Disposal alternatives will be evaluated based on results of soil and water analysis. 3.3. BORING ABANDONMENT All soil borings will be permanently sealed to prevent vertical migration of potential contaminants. Soil borings shall be abandoned by backfilling with Portland type II cement grout from the total depth to surface grade. Any water displaced during the grouting process will be routed and contained into 55-gallon drums. The top three to six inches of the boring abandonments will be completed flush to surface grade with concrete. The EHD will be notified for grout inspection at least 48 hours prior to conducting grouting procedures. 3.4. REPORTING Reporting of the site assessment and soil-vapor investigation will be included in a combined report. The report will include a description of work performed and the results of soil and soil-vapor sampling. Conclusions and recommendations will also be included in the report. The report will be in a format acceptable to CVRWQCB guidelines, and will be reviewed and signed by a California Professional Geologist. ,9Idva rced Gcotl'nvironmental,Inc.
