The site stores one tote(approximately 800 pounds)of Oily Debries that have not been reported to CERS. Also, observed one cylinder of Oxygen with unknown quantity(no sticker on the container).The cylinder is approximately 244 cubic feet. Oxygen is not reported to CERS. Any material that meets or exceeds the reportable quantity shall be reported in the facility's business plan. Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, add the materials to the hazardous material inventory, and submit to the EHD for approval. This was corrected on site. This is a minor violation. 6 HSC 25505(a)(2) Failed to electronically submit a site map with all required content. The submitted site map was not submitted with all the required elements. The site map does not address the locations of all chemicals.The location of the Ammonium Hydroxide Tank, Corrosion Inhhibitor, Lube Oil,Waste Lube Oil,Antifreeze,Waste Antifreeze, Liquid Bacteria, Oily Water, and Oily Debries were not addressed on the site map. The site map contains a location of a Propane tank. The Propane Tank was removed years ago. The site Map does not address the location of Adjacent Street(s), Loading Areas, and Storm/Sewer Drains Facility does not have storm/sewer drain, and internal roads. A site map shall contain a north orientation, loading areas, internal roads, adjacent streets, storm and sewer drains, access and exit points, emergency shutoffs, evacuation staging areas, hazardous material handling and storage areas, and emergency response equipment. If a site map element is not applicable for your facility then list it on the map and label as"NA". Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, upload the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval.
