P t'ArHtl ENT A <br /> BASES FOR ZONE RECLASSIFICATION <br /> PA-2000107 (ZR) <br /> 1 . Development Title Section 9 - 812 . 4 states that prior to approving an application for a Zone <br /> Reclassification, the Planning Commission and Board of Supervisors shall determine that all <br /> of the following are true : <br /> a) The proposed zone is consistent with the General Plan, any applicable Master Plans, and any <br /> applicable Specific Plan; <br /> This determination can be made because the subject parcel has a General Plan <br /> designation. of Limited Agriculture (A/L) and the proposed Limited Agriculture, 5 -acre <br /> minimum (AL-5) zone is an implementing zone of the Limited Agriculture (A/L) General <br /> Plan designation. There are no Master Plans or Specific Plans affecting the subject <br /> parcel. <br /> b) The proposed zone districtis reasonable and beneficial at the time . <br /> This determination can be made because the proposed zone district (AL-S) is an <br /> implementing zone of the _parcel' s AIL General Plan designation. The parcel is adjacent <br /> to concentrations of small scale agricultural operations and has existing dwellings . <br />
