ATTACHMENT E <br /> FINDINGS FOR MINOR SUBDIVISION <br /> PA-2000109 (MS) <br /> 1 . The proposed subdivision is consistent with the General Plan, any applicable Master Plan, <br /> Specific Plan, and Special Purpose Plan and any other applicable plan adopted by the County . <br /> • This finding can be made because the proposed Minor Subdivision Map PA-2000109 <br /> is consistent with the General Plan, any applicable Specific Plan and Special Purpose <br /> Plan and any other applicable plan adopted by the County because the AL=S land use <br /> designation permits the division proposed . Further, no specific plans are involved . <br /> 2 . The design or improvement of the proposed subdivision is consistent with the General Plan <br /> and any applicable Specific Plan or Special Purpose Plan. <br /> • This finding can be made because the design or improvement of the proposed <br /> subdivision is consistent with the General Plan and any applicable Specific Plan or <br /> Special Purpose Plan because the design and improvements meet the minimum <br /> standards contained in the General Plan as reflected in the Tentative Map . <br /> 3 . The site is physically suitable for the type of development proposed . <br /> • This finding can be made because the site is physically suitable for the type of <br /> development proposed because all development requirements contained in the <br /> Development Title and all minimum County standards are met. <br /> 4 . The site is physically suitable for the proposed density of development. <br /> • This finding can be made because the site is physically suitable for the proposed <br /> density of development because the number of parcels proposed is consistent with the <br /> General Plan density . <br /> 5 . Neither the design of the subdivision nor any proposedimprovements are likely to -cause <br /> substantial environmental damage or substantially and avoidably injure fish or wildlife or their <br /> habitat. <br /> • This finding can be made because the design of the subdivision or the proposed <br /> improvements are not likely to cause substantial environmental damage or <br /> substantially and avoidable injure fish or wildlife or their habitat because any future <br /> ground disturbance at the site will be subject to the San Joaquin County Multi- <br /> Species Habitat Conservation and Open Space Plan (SJMSCP) which will mitigate <br /> for any potential injury to fish or wildlife or their habitat. <br /> 6 . The design of the subdivision or type of improvement is not likely to cause significant public <br /> health problems . <br />
