CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> LA-01-97 <br /> De Jong, et al <br /> Lot Line Adjustment Application No.LA-01-97 was approved by the San Joaquin County Community <br /> Development Department on January 17,2002,which is the effective date of approval. <br /> Unless otherwise specified,all Ordinance requirements shall be complied with prior to approval of a <br /> Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> This approval will expire on July 19, 2003, which is 18 months from the effective date of approval, <br /> unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustmenthas been filed with and accepted by the County Surveyor. <br /> D <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT (Staff Contact: Rick Griffin,468-3154) <br /> a. APPROVAL: Th Lot Line Adjustmentfecorded shall substantially conform to the Site Plan dated <br /> December 17,2001. <br /> b, NOTICE OF LOTLINEADJUSTMENT: A"Notice of Lot Line Adjustment;"shall be recorded prior to <br /> conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions cf the lands to be <br /> exchanged shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and forwarding to the Community <br /> Development Department.
