Please delete the obsolete federal hazard categories and add the new ones to <br /> the chemical inventory. <br /> This information must be current and submitted as part of the business plan. <br /> This violation was corrected on site. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 6 HSC 25505(a)(2) Failed to electronically submit a site map with all required content. <br /> The site map was not completed as part of the business plan.All of the site maps together meet the required <br /> content but were stored in two different areas in the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS).One map <br /> was stored in the site map area and the others were stored in the emergency response and contingency plan <br /> section.All maps need to be stored in the site map section. <br /> A site map shall contain a north orientation, loading areas, internal roads, adjacent streets, storm and sewer drains, <br /> access and exit points, emergency shutoffs, evacuation staging areas, hazardous material handling and storage <br /> areas, and emergency response equipment. If a site map element is not applicable for your facility then list it on the <br /> map and label as"NA". <br /> This violation was corrected on site. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 7 HSC 25505(a)(3) Failed to electronically submit an adequate ER procedures for a release or threatened release. <br /> The emergency response(ER)procedures are not complete. The local Unified Program Agency(UPA)phone <br /> number was not provided. The UPA phone number should be listed as 209-468-3420. <br /> A business plan shall include the following emergency response procedures for a release or threatened release of <br /> hazardous materials, including, but not limited to,the following: <br /> -immediate notification of local emergency personnel and the Environmental Health Department(EHD) <br /> -procedures for the mitigation of a release or threatened release to minimize any potential harm or damage to <br /> persons, property, or the environment <br /> -evacuation plans and procedures, including immediate notice,for the site <br /> This violation was corrected on site. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> All violations were corrected on site. Control areas 1-4, generator equipment pad, bulk nitrogen tank, and the <br /> hazardous waste storage areas were inspected. <br /> To minimize person to person contact EHD is choosing to write the name of person receiving the report instead <br /> of having them sign.
