The Hazardous Materials Inventory forms for all chemicals were not complete. Obsolete federal hazard categories were listed in the chemical inventory. Please delete the obsolete federal hazard categories and add the new ones to the chemical inventory. This information must be current and submitted as part of the business plan. This violation was corrected on site. This is a minor violation. 6 HSC 25505(a)(2) Failed to electronically submit a site map with all required content. The site map was not completed as part of the business plan.All of the site maps together meet the required content but were stored in two different areas in the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS).One map was stored in the site map area and the others were stored in the emergency response and contingency plan section.All maps need to be stored in the site map section. A site map shall contain a north orientation, loading areas, internal roads, adjacent streets, storm and sewer drains, access and exit points, emergency shutoffs, evacuation staging areas, hazardous material handling and storage areas, and emergency response equipment. If a site map element is not applicable for your facility then list it on the map and label as"NA". This violation was corrected on site. This is a minor violation. 7 HSC 25505(a)(3) Failed to electronically submit an adequate ER procedures for a release or threatened release. The emergency response(ER)procedures are not complete. The local Unified Program Agency(UPA)phone number was not provided. The UPA phone number should be listed as 209-468-3420. A business plan shall include the following emergency response procedures for a release or threatened release of hazardous materials, including, but not limited to,the following: -immediate notification of local emergency personnel and the Environmental Health Department(EHD) -procedures for the mitigation of a release or threatened release to minimize any potential harm or damage to persons, property, or the environment -evacuation plans and procedures, including immediate notice,for the site This violation was corrected on site. This is a Class II violation. Overall Inspection Comments: All violations were corrected on site. Control areas 1-4, generator equipment pad, bulk nitrogen tank, and the hazardous waste storage areas were inspected. To minimize person to person contact EHD is choosing to write the name of person receiving the report instead of having them sign.
