200 ® 188
November 3, 2020
Jennifer Jolley
Principal Planner
San Joaquin County Community Development
Stockton, CA 95205
Subject: Request for Parking Reduction (Site Approval No. PA-2000188
(SA)
On behalf of the Frank Rubino Trust, et al, and pursuant to Development
Title section 9-1015.9, 1 am requesting a modification for a reduction in the
required number of parking spaces to be provided. Consistent with Site
Approval application, the proposed Personal Storage use will only have
one employee on-site at a time, and is expected to have no more than six
customers per eight hour shift, therefore, it is requested that the additional
parking be reduced by 99 parking spaces to the proposed 5 parking spaces
provided on the Site Plan. Thank you for your thoughtful consideration of
this request.
Sincerely,
David Stagnaro, AICP
Strategic Land Planning
