These drums are lined
with plastic liner that is disposed of with used grease, but otherwise the metal itself is not in contact with material. The
drum is clean and will be used for future hazardous waste as it is generated.

Regards,

Andy

From: Gaitan, Jason [EHD] <jgaitan@sjgov.org>
Sent: Thursday, December 17, 2020 2:04 PM
To: Burgin, Andy C (Fresno) USA <andy.burgin@lehighhanson.com>; Zuniga JR, Roy (Lathrop) USA
<Roy.Zuniga@lehighhanson.com>
Cc: Silva, John A (Tracy) USA <John.Silva@LehighHanson.com>
Subject: RE: PR0540641-Hazardous waste inspection

Hi Andy,

Thank you for your patience, violation 102 and 110 are closed. The following violations require additional information:

-Violation 403 and 605: For the 1 by 3 foot container with the used oil filters, can you please send a photo with a
hazardous waste label on the container. Please label with the words “hazardous waste,” generator name and address,
contents, physical state, hazardous properties, and accumulation start date.
