Environmental Health Department <br />Small Quantity Hazardous Waste Generator Inspection Report <br />Date: <br />December 09, 2020 <br /> Facility Address: <br /> 2701 W MARCH LN, STOCKTON <br /> Facility Name: <br /> MARCH LANE 76* <br />SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br />(CLASS I, CLASS II, or MINOR - Notice to Comply) <br />RemarksItem # <br /> 104 CCR 66262.34(d)(2) No modified contingency plan. <br />OBSERVATION: A complete modified contingency plan was not posted at the facility. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: The business operator must post the following information next to telephones or in <br />areas directly involved in the generation and accumulation of hazardous waste: the name and emergency <br />telephone number of the emergency coordinator, the location of fire extinguishers and spill control material, and the <br />telephone number of the fire department unless the facility has a direct alarm. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately post the required information at the facility. Provide a statement to the San <br />Joaquin County Environmental Health Department that the correction is complete. <br />This is a minor violation. <br /> 110 CCR 66262.40(a) Failed to keep signed copy of manifests from the designated facility for three years. <br />OBSERVATION: Designated facility signed and dated copies of Uniform Hazardous Waste Manifests (UHWM) <br />were not found on-site for fuel contaminated solids. All UHWM on site were for liquids. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: A hazardous waste generator shall keep a copy of each manifest signed in accordance <br />with section 66262.23(a) for three years or until the generator receives a signed copy from the designated facility <br />which received the waste. This signed copy shall be retained as a record for at least three years from the date the <br />waste was accepted by the initial transporter. The hazardous waste generator must submit a copy of the manifest <br />to the California Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC) within 60 days if the destination facility signed <br />manifest copy is not received from the transporter or designated facility. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Locate the the destination facility signed manifests listed above and maintain in the facility <br />file for three years from the date of shipping.
