Weber Ave, <br /> Stockton, CA 95205 <br /> Dear Ronyak: <br /> NOTICE OF VIOLATION AND ORDER FOR COMPLIANCE <br /> On 27 February 1985 the Department conducted an inspection of Commercial Salvage <br /> at 2435 E. Weber Ave, Stockton. As a result of that inspection, a violation <br /> of the hazardous waste statutes and regulations, was identified. <br /> The specific violation and required corrective action is listed below® Failure <br /> to correct the identified problem within the time frame provided will result <br /> in the Department taking enforcement action as provided by law® <br /> I. Schedule of Violations <br /> Chapter 6.5 , Division 20 , Health and Safety Code <br /> 1 . Section 25189(c) unlawful disposal of a hazardous waste (drain oil) at <br /> a point which is not authorized according to the provisions of this <br /> Chapter. <br /> II. Schedule for Correction <br /> 1 . Violation No. 1 shall be corrected by: <br /> a. Removing all visually contaminated soil. <br /> b. This soil must be treated as a hazardous waste. <br /> c.
