A business plan shall include the following <br /> emergency response procedures for a release or threatened release of hazardous materials, including, but not <br /> limited to, the following: <br /> - Immediate notification of local emergency personnel and the Environmental Health Department (EHD) <br /> - Procedures for the mitigation of a release or threatened release to minimize any potential harm or damage to <br /> persons, property, or the environment <br /> - Evacuation plans and procedures, including immediate notice, for the site <br /> Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, upload the <br /> correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 12 HSC 25505(c) Failed to have the HMBP readily available to facility or EHD personnel. <br /> Facility could not provide the Emergency Response Plan and the Chemical inventory upon request. The emergency <br /> response plans and procedures, the inventory of information required by this article, and the site map required by <br /> this section shall be readily available to personnel of the business or the unified program facility with responsibilities <br /> for emergency response or training pursuant to this section. Immediately make arrangements to have the business <br /> plan readily available for review. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> An inspection report was provided to the facility operator on December 16, 2020. Later the same day, the <br /> report was amended by the EHD. This amended report replaces the initial report. Complete and submit a copy <br /> of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement documenting the corrective actions <br /> that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting paperwork, by January 15, 2021 . <br /> The report was amended to change the amount of 8 gallon propane cylinders reported in violation 5 from eight <br /> cylinders to six cylinders. <br /> Assistance with CERS access provided at the time of inspection. <br /> Business moved to current site from 2216 E Miner Ave., Stockton, Ca, 95205, March 2020. <br /> Owner advised the business does not currently have employees. <br /> Starting September 1, 2018, all in-office CERS help will be provided at EHD hourly rate ($152).
