Ramos applied to the County of San Joaquin to do a lot <br /> merger of the three parcels; this request was approved under Merger No. <br /> PA-2000015 (M E) <br /> The project would consist of building a Shell Station/Convenience Store and Fast <br /> Food Restaurant all in one building. Tis would be located at 26440 N. Thornton <br /> Road in Thornton, CA <br /> In addition to the station an approved septic/sewer system would also be built on <br /> the back portion of the parcel.
