Any amount of hazardous material stored in an Underground Storage Tank — Underground <br /> Storage Tank Program ( HSC Sections 25286 & 25280 et sec ) <br /> • If an underground storage tank ( UST) system will be installed , a permit is required to be <br /> submitted to , and approved by , the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department <br /> ( EHD) before any UST installation work can begin . <br />
