Schulte Road Logistics Center 3-7 3.5 Standard Requirements and Conditions of Approval The Project has been reviewed in detail by County staff. Various County departments and divisions are responsible for reviewing land use applications for compliance with County codes and regulations. These departments and divisions were also responsible for reviewing this Draft EIR for technical accuracy and compliance with CEQA. The following County departments and divisions were responsible for technical review: • County of San Joaquin, Community Development Department • County of San Joaquin, Environmental Health Department • County of San Joaquin, Public Works Department • South San Joaquin County Fire Authority This review of the Project by the County departments and divisions listed above resulted in a comprehensive set of draft Conditions of Approval that will be available for public review prior to consideration of the Project by the Community Development Director. These conditions will be considered in conjunction with consideration of the Project. If approved, the Project will be required to comply with all imposed Conditions of Approval. Where applicable, Conditions of Approval and other applicable regulations, codes, and requirements to which the Project is required to comply and that result in the reduction or avoidance of an environmental impact are specified in each subsection of Chapter 4, Environmental Analysis, of this Draft EIR.
