EXHIBIT "A" ADJUSTED PARCEL 1 Being all that certain real property, situate in the South one-half of Section 4, Township 2 North, Range 6 East, Mount Diablo Meridian, described as follows. BEGINNING at the Westerly corner of Parcel 2 as shown on that certain Parcel Map filed in Book 25 of Parcel Maps, at Page 34, San Joaquin County Records, said Westerly corner also being on the Northeast line of a 60 -foot wide Irrevocable Offer of Dedication for the extension of Grider Way as shown on said map, thence North 45°22'15" West 45.67 feet to the beginning of a curve concave to the Southwest, having a radius of 1119.06 feet, thence Northwesterly 52.26 feet along the arc of said curve, through a central angle of 02°40'32" to a point on the Northeast line of a Street Easement as described in Easement Deed to the City of Stockton, recorded April 16, 2010, as Document No. 2010-052194, San Joaquin County Records, thence along last said Northeast line the following five (5) courses; 1) along a non -tangent line North 48°0246 West 100.01 feet to the beginning of a curve concave to the Southwest, having a radius of 1119.06 feet, 2) Northwesterly 173.45 feet along the arc of said curve, through a central angle of 08°52'50", 3) along a non -tangent line North 56°55'37" West 107.30 feet to the beginning of a curve concave to the Northeast, having a radius of 1081.06 feet, 4) Northwesterly 97.05 feet along the arc of said curve, through a central angle of 05°08'36" to the beginning of a reverse curve concave to the Southwest, having a radius of 1122.06 feet and to which beginning a radial line bears South 38°12'59" West, 5) Northwesterly 77.48 feet along the arc of said curve, through a central angle of 03°57'22" to a point on the North line of Parcel "D" as shown on that certain Parcel Map filed in Book 8 of Parcel Maps, at Page 23, San Joaquin County Records, thence South 87°53'27" West 20.48 feet along said North line to the Northwest corner of said Parcel "D"; thence along the West line of said Parcel "D" the following three (3) courses; 1) South 01°07'55" West 737.80 feet, 2) South 12°06'40" East 225.00 feet, 3) South 36°29'40" East 40.00 feet to the Westerly corner of that certain Well Site as described in Grant Deed to the City of Stockton, recorded on November 11, 2003, as Document No. 2003-272728, San Joaquin County Records, thence North 410 43'20" East 229.76 feet along the Northwest line of said Well Site to the Northerly corner of said Well Site; Page 1 of 4
