Box 1429(��1�'� �,'cati�F;G <br />Lathrop, CA 95330`''' <br />Subject: Limited Site Assessment Report <br />WINDELER RANCH GLASS DISPOSAL <br />640 West Mossdale Road, Lathrop, California <br />Dear Mr. Brown: <br />At your request, Advanced GeoEnvironmental, Inc. (AGE) has prepared this Limited Site Assessment <br />Report for the property at 640 West Mossdale Road, Lathrop, California. The investigation was <br />performed to determine if there is any petroleum -hydrocarbon impact to ground water as a result of <br />utilizing the site for glass disposal. Upon your approval, a copy of this report will be transmitted to <br />Ms. Jenni Frase of the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD). <br />The scope of work included advancement of four soil probe borings within, and adjacent to, the <br />estimated former glass disposal area, for collection and analysis of grab ground water samples, and <br />preparation of this report. The location of the site is illustrated on Figure 1. Major features on the site <br />and soil boring locations are illustrated on Figure 2. Site background information, including details <br />of the previous site investigation and site conditions is included in Appendix A. <br />The work was performed as directed by EHD letter dated 31 January 2008. EHD correspondence, <br />including a copy of the completed boring permit, is included in Appendix B.
