Our departments response in November 2009 included guidelines and a <br /> request for response as to intended use of the land surrounding the Closed, Illegal, or <br /> Abandoned (CIA) in reference to 640 Mossdale Road, Lathrop, CA. At that time discussion of <br /> clean closure and/or land use plan was not definitive. <br /> will you please clarify if any changes, or plans to make change, have occurred?
