Glen Rigsbee <br /> December 3, 2020 <br /> Page 2 of 3 <br /> REQUEST FOR SANITARY SEWER AND STORM SEWER SERVICE FOR 3150 E. <br /> FREMONT STREET (APN 143-410-42) <br /> Local Agency Formation Commission of San Joaquin County <br /> All applications outside the City's jurisdictional boundaries are subject to Local Agency <br /> Formation Commission of San Joaquin County (LAFCO) review, fees and approval. <br /> LAFCO approval is required prior to the City of Stockton approval. <br /> Other Comments <br /> The owner/developer shall be responsible for all costs involved in the design and <br /> extension of all sewer laterals to serve this project in accordance with City standards, <br /> including permit acquisition. <br /> All,connections to City maintained utilities require an encroachment permit from the <br /> City's Public Works Department. <br /> Because the project is located in a County area, County permits for work done in the <br /> street right-of-way will be required. <br /> Existing septic systems and water wells shall be abandoned in compliance with San <br /> Joaquin County Environmental Health Department requirements. <br /> Upon payment of all appropriate fees and charges, completion of any required General <br /> Plan Amendment, and approval and construction of all required utilities including master <br /> planned improvements, the City of Stockton can provide sanitary sewer services to the <br /> subject property. All necessary permits must be obtained before connection to City <br /> utilities is allowed. <br />
