Date: 11/12/2022 <br />Manufacturer training: OPW, 01/22/22 <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />NOTES <br />On site inspection: <br />- Verified drop tubes set at 95% tank shut off volume (these are set at 93%) <br />- Verified flapper functionality <br />- Verified ball floats are not installed. This system is a suction system. The sump was opened by technician who showed the <br />vent and vapor lines and where a ball float would be if there was one installed. The tank probe is installed where a ball float <br />would be.
