Florido,Elianna [EHD]
From: Florido, Elianna [EHD]
Sent: Monday,February 1,2021 4:55 PM
To: Bill Stoermer
Subject: RE:Key Fine Results
Hi Bill,
Thank you for providing the second key fines metals analysis. Based on this analysis and the previous analysis, the metal
key fines are non-RCRA(California hazardous waste)toxic for copper and RCRA(Federal hazardous waste)toxic for lead.
Thus, the metal key fines should me managed and disposed of as hazardous waste. You should disclose all hazardous
properties in as much detail as possible (e.g. non-RCRA toxic for copper and RCRA toxic for lead)to the
facility/transporter receiving your waste.
Also, as a hazardous waste generator in California, you are required to keep records of any hazardous waste
determinations made in accordance with Title 22 California Code of Regulations (CCR) section 66262.11 at your facility
for at least three years from the date that the waste was last sent to an on-site or off-site treatment, storage, or disposal
facility. The records may include Safety Data Sheets (SDS), waste test results or other hazardous waste determination
documentation, so please retain the metals analyses at your facility.
All of the hazardous waste violations for your facility, Fremont Plaza Ace Hardware in Stockton, are now closed.
Thank you for bringing your facility back into compliance.
If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact me.
Thank you,
Elianna Florido, REHS
San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department
Registered Environmental Health Specialist
1868 East Hazelton Ave
Stockton, CA 95205
P: (209)468-3420 1 F: (209)468-3433 1 E: eflorido@sogov.org
SAN•]QAQUIN
KZ0UNTV
From: Bill Stoermer<bstoermer53@gmail.com>
Sent: Monday, February 1, 202110:41 AM
To: Florido, Elianna [EHD] <eflorido@sjgov.org>
Subject: Key Fine Results
CAUTION:This email is originated from outside of the organization.
