LOTS OF FOOT TRAFFIC <br />THROUGHOUT THE DAY. PREPARING FOOD FROM THE HOME AND SELLING WITHOUT A BUSINESS LICENSE. <br />OVER 100 CHICKENS AND ROOSTERS THERE. HEALTH CONCERN. CS-2001631 <br />DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br />Environmental Health Department <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br />113700. All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />No Temperature Data Collected <br />FOOD ITEM -- LOCATION -- TEMP º F -- COMMENTS <br />NOTES <br />Complaint inspection. <br />Upon arrival it as observed that the facility in question is a permitted CFO operation within San Joaquin County. <br />The facility is under the permit PR0537735 and is allowed to distribute both directly and indirectly. I spoke with the operator in <br />regards to the complaint and they stated that some customers do arrive to pick up orders but most are sold indirectly. A <br />standing structure was built by the husband in order to perform his mechanic work underneath and it does not appear to <br />house any sort of cooking equipment at this time. Observed no chickens or roosters on site and when I questioned the <br />operator, they told me they have a large coop in which the poultry resides that is away from the CFO operation. The operator <br />continued to state that family has not been visiting the facility in order to maintain social distancing and that the only people on <br />site would be the children of the couple. <br />Observed no violations while on site.Official inspection report mailed to facility. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
