i Cleaning And Sanitizing Instruction for Potable Water Tank Using Nousehold Bleach Before proceeding to tank sanitation, open all drain/faucet valves in the unit to empty any and all remaining water inside the tank- Once tank has been drained, close up any drain/faucet valves previously opened- I- Remove Portective 16-Inesh per sq- in- cap from the potable water tank breather tube located on the top of the trailer- 2- Attach a manual (diagramed) or automatic chemical pump to the end of the breather rube leading down to the water tank- 3- Run Bleach through and down the breather tube in the Following quantities: 7 Tablespoon (TBSP) Bleach per 7 ballon of Water or 7 Cup (S oz•) Bleach per 25 Gallons of Water or 7 Quart (32 oz-) Bleach per 100 Gallons of Water Once the appropriate measure of Bleach has been added, continue to fill the water tank to Full capacity. 4. Open Faucet valves and allow water to drain out until the scent of bleach becomes noticable• Shut the faucets and move the unit (hauling if trailer/driving if truck) to allow bleach and water solution to make contact with all of the tank- Allow solution to sit in unit overnight- 5- The following day, drain the remaining solution by opening the Faucet and Water Neater Pressure Valve- Close the valve refill the water tank with regular water- ,Drain and repeat procedure unit the scent and of bleach has deminished- The water tank, pump (if applicable) and hoses should be flushed and sanitized before being placed in service or after construction, repair, modification, and periods of nonuse- / confirm that 1 have read and understood the clean operations provided by the manufacture - CAL CENTRAL CATERING TRAILER 3511 Finch Rd. #A MODE5TO CA 95357 (866) 549-1550 For: Project Number.
