Nothing in the Agreement <br /> shall prevent either City or County from adopting more restrictive <br /> standards. <br /> D. Wastewater as discharged by County to Regional. System <br /> shall : <br /> 1 . Meet requirements with respect to quality, character- <br /> istics, and prohibited substances contained in the <br /> City' s .Sewer Use Ordinance and applicable regulations, and <br /> 2 . Not contain undissociated hydrogen sulfide to the <br /> extent that hazard of odor nuisance or -damage to sewers <br /> and other structures occurs at the point of discharge . <br /> County shall bear the cost of any special facilities or <br /> treatment required to overcome hazards from excessive <br /> sulfide demonstrated to be contri.buted from a County <br /> system, <br /> 13 <br />
