Hazardous Waste Tank =M_-� <br /> System Integrity Report <br /> MMMM M <br /> For <br /> HMT Inspection <br /> The Kraft Heinz Company <br /> Stockton CA February 17,2021 <br /> , Page 6 of 34 <br /> 2.0 SIGNIFICANT FINDINGS <br /> The following is a summary of the significant findings of the inspection. <br /> HISTORY: <br /> This is the first inspection of the Hazardous Waste Tank performed at The Kraft Heinz <br /> Company in the Stockton, CA Seed Operation facility by HMT Inspection. A previous <br /> inspection report by another inspection company is available for this tank / system. The <br /> tank was moved to the site and put into service in 2012 (per client). <br /> TANK AS IDENTIFIED BELOW: <br /> Configuration and nominal capacity for the tank: <br /> Hazardous Waste Tank: 5,800 Gallons <br /> Inspection of the Hazardous Waste Tank and facility revealed no areas of defects or <br /> anomalies that would require immediate corrective action at this time. Reference Section <br /> 3.0 for the identification, diagram, and area layout of the tank, system, and containment <br /> details inspected. <br /> ABOVEGROUND HAZARDOUS WASTE TANK AND FACILITY: <br /> FOUNDATION: The Hazardous Waste Tank rests within a secondary tank in a tertiary <br /> concrete containment area with four (4) structural anchor details that are bolted to the <br /> concrete floor. Steel cables are utilized as hold-downs for the tank. Visual (VT) <br /> inspection found the concrete containment details in acceptable condition at this time. <br /> Four (4) 616-gallon stainless steel open top rinse tanks rest on an elevated concrete <br /> platform on the north side of the concrete containment area. These tanks are bolted to <br /> the foundation beneath.
