(Development Title Secti on 9-240, Section 9-910, Section 9-1100 and R-92-814) <br />11) The driveway vvth access onto State route 26 sha ll be limited to right in/right out movements only <br />and sha ll include a channelized raised median isla nd to restrict turning movements. Additionally <br />signa ge indicating "right turn only" for exrting traffic and "no left turns" for entering traffic shall be <br />installed at the d ri veway entrance/exit. <br />12) T hi s project is a NPDES Phase I regulated area and shall comply vv th the follovvng conditions . <br />Prior to release of the building permit, plans and calculations shall be submitted and approved by <br />the Public Works Department -Water Resources Division (209-468-9360): <br />a . Treatment: A registered professional enginee r shall d esign the sit e t o treat the 85th percentile <br />storm as defined in the Co unty's 2021 Storm Water Qualfy Control C rite ria Plan (SWQCCP). <br />b. Hyd romodification: A regist ered professional engineer shall design the s ite to comply vvth <br />the vo lume reduction requirement o utlined in the County's 2021 SWQCCP. <br />c. Trash: A registered professional engineer shall design the site to comply v.ith the tras h <br />cont ro l requireme nt outlined in the County's 202 1 SWQCCP. <br />13) Applicant s ha ll submit the Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) to Public Works. A <br />copy of the approv ed SWPPP and all required records, updates, t est results and inspection <br />reports shall be maintained on the construction srte and be available for review upon request. <br />14) Prior to release of the building permit, the owner shall enter into an agreement v.ith San Joaquin <br />County for post-construction maintenance of sto rmwater quality fa ci lities. <br />15) Standard Best Ma nagement Practices, for the type of develo pment proposed, shall be <br />incorporated into the srte design storm drainage design. <br />16) Owner sha ll check vvth the State Water Resources Control Board to determine if an Industria l <br />Storm Water Permit will be required. <br />17) Wastewater shall not be all owed in the storm drainage syst em. <br />AC:CH
