The <br />Departmenl has the following commenis: <br />l. An encroachment pennit is required for this project <br />2. During the encroachment permit process, the following information will need to be <br />provided: <br />• Provide Truck circulation within the facility. <br />• Show clearly Truck ingress/egress at facility dl'iveways. <br />• Provide DGN file or PDF file and show off-tracking analysis based on the type of <br />truck this facility uses for all turning movements at the SR-26/Oro Ave <br />int.cr,ection and facility driveways. <br />• Prnvid~ le!ier from the City or County on the type of tmck uses 011 Oro Ave. <br />3. Pkase provide Jistance of the driveways from the intersection curb return on SK-26 and <br />Oro Ave. Please clearly show all driveways Jimensions as this information will be needed <br />during the permit process. Chapter 200 of HDM provides further info on commercial <br />driveway width. <br />4. Access to the project site via SR-26 is limited to right i11.1out only. A ch,mnelized island <br />(Pork Chop) is necessary at the entrance lo the project site on SR-?.6. <br />5. Any sign advertising a business not '·on premise" will require an Outdoor Advertising <br />Display Penni!.
