S A N J 0 A Q I I I N Environmental Health Department <br /> CCUNr <br /> Hazardous Materials Program Inspection Report <br /> Facility Name: Facility Address: Date: <br /> SONIC DRIVE-IN#5426 10354 TRINITY PKWY, STOCKTON February 01, 2021 <br /> SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br /> (CLASS I,CLASS II,or MINOR-Notice to Comply) <br /> Item# Remarks <br /> 9 HSC 25508(a)(1) Failed to annually review and certify that the HMBP is complete and accurate by the due date. <br /> OBSERVATION: The business plan information has not been reviewed and resubmitted in the California <br /> Environmental Reporting System (CERS)annually by the due date. The Hazardous Materials Business Plans for <br /> the calendar year 2019 submittal 6/5/2019 was late. The Facility Information submitted on 6/4/2019 was missing the <br /> Hazardous Materials Inventory and Emergency Response and Training Plans. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: The hazardous materials inventory shall be submitted by January 15 of each calendar <br /> year and may be submitted beginning November 1 of the previous year. <br /> This was corrected on site.The Hazardous Materials Business Plans for the calendar year 2021 was submitted on <br /> time for 12/12/2020 as well as the calendar year 2020 submittal on 12/30/2019. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> Conducted in-office Hazardous Materials Business Plans (HMBP) inspection. The food inspector, Stephanie <br /> Ramirez, performed an on-site inspection for the CO2 tank on 12/09/2020. <br /> One violation was observed during the in-office inspection that was corrected on-site. <br /> Starting September 1, 2018, all in-office CERS help will be provided at EHD hourly rate ($152).
