A hazardous materials business plan shall be established and 2 implemented for emergency response to a release or threatened release of 3 a hazardous material when storing hazardous materials at or above the 4 threshold quantities of 55 gallons for materials that are liquid , 500 pounds 5 6 for solids , or 200 cubic feet for compressed gas , at standard temperature 7 and pressure . This violation was cited June 29 , 2017 and was corrected July 8 24 , 2019 . 9 3 . 2 The Respondents violated HSC 25508 ( a ) ( 1 ) , failed to electronically 10 submit a business plan . The facility' s business plan was not submitted 11 electronically to the California Environmental Reporting System ( CERS ) . As 12 of January 1 , 2013 , all businesses were required to submit all business 13 14 plans electronically . This violation was cited June 29 , 2017 and was 15 corrected July 24 , 2019 . 16 3 . 3 The Respondents violated HSC 25506 ( a ) , failed to complete and /or 17 submit hazardous materials inventory for all reportable materials on site . 18 Reportable amounts of waste oil was found on site which had not been 19 reported . Any material that meets or exceeds the reportable quantity shall 20 21 be reported in the facility ' s business plan . This violation was cited June 29 , 22 2017 and was corrected July 24 , 2019 . 23 3 . 4 The Respondents violated HSC 25508 ( a ) ( 1 ) , failed to complete 24 and /or submit the business activities or owner/operator identification page . 25 The business activities and the business owner/operator identification forms 26 have not been submitted .
