Robles : <br /> On June 29 , 2017 , representatives of the San Joaquin County Environmental Health <br /> Department ( " EHD " ) , which is the certified unified program agency ( " CUPA" ) in this <br /> jurisdiction , conducted an inspection at 3131 N . Wilson Way , Stockton CA 95205 , (the <br /> " Facility" ) , During that inspection , EHD discovered violations of law and , based on those <br /> findings , EHD is prepared to bring an administrative action against you pursuant to California <br /> Health and Safety Code Section 25404 . 1 . 1 . The administrative action is to ensure compliance <br /> with applicable statutes and assess penalties for violations . A copy of the inspection report is <br /> enclosed . <br /> EHD has found that the Facility is in violation of the following regulations : <br /> 1 . HSC 25506 ( a ) Failed to complete and /or submit hazardous materials inventory for all <br /> reportable materials on site <br /> 5 . HSC 25505 ( a) ( 2 ) Failed to complete and /or submit a site map with all required content <br /> 6 .
