Copy of current food manager certificate is not on site.All of these certificates shall be available during re-inspection that will take place in 2 weeks. Door self closing device is unattached. Replace paper towel dispenser immediately, provide a spindle by 1 week, repair wall and paint by 2 weeks, and repair/replace door self closing device by 2 weeks CALCODE DESCRIPTION:Toilet facilities shall be maintained clean, sanitary and in good repair. Toilet rooms shall be separated by a well-fitting self-closing door. Toilet tissue shall be provided in a permanently installed dispenser at each toilet.
