A test report has not been <br /> submitted to the EHD or the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS). <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:A copy of the test report must be submitted within 30 days of the test. <br /> This was corrected on site. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class ll. <br /> 203 CCR 2712(b)(1-2)Failure to maintain monitoring records for 36 months and maintenance records for 60 months. <br /> OBSERVATION: The following maintenance and monitoring records for the last three years were not found on site: <br /> -monitoring system certification test results for testing performed on 8/14/2020. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: These records shall be maintained on site for at least three years.
