Contact the local fire department and the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control <br />District for any applicable permits Cl"d requirements. <br />2. Any changes in information and scope of work must be submitted to EHD for approval <br />prior to commencing work. All new addenda supersede the previous ones. <br />3. Provide written notification to ust(a.sigov.org to arrange the following appointments In <br />48-hour notice is required for inspection appointments). <br />a. Verification of the dispenser footprints contained by the under dispenser <br />containment sumps (UDCs). Any potential leaks from piping and fuel filters must <br />drain directly into UDCs. <br />b. Visual inspection of the piping within the dispensers for any leaks <br />c. Sensor functionality: Functionality of the monitoring system must be verified to <br />ensure that monitoring has been restored to meet the requirements of Title 23 <br />California Code of Regulations and the Health & Safety Code. A copy of the <br />alarm history shall be printed prior to performing the "cold start" of the monitoring <br />system and made available at the time of EHD inspection. <br />d. 24-hour hydrostatic test (or equivalent) on the 87 turbine sump and the 91 turbine <br />sump. <br />e. If concrete will be broken near the tanks, piping, or sumps a secondary <br />containment test must be performed on the affected components once concrete <br />is poured in accordance with the manufacturer's guidelines and test results <br />submitted to the EHD within 30 days of testing. <br />1868 E.
