I have sent it for processing and Ethan will be getting back to you with a response <br />soon. <br /> <br />A few items of note: <br /> <br />Item 106 – A request to transfer CERS for this location to 7-Eleven’s business unit was submitted last month and as of <br />this morning has not been pushed over. No updates can be made until it is transferred, <br />Item 107 – It should be noted that the Financial Responsibility is not required to be on site. It will be added to CERS per <br />note 106 and is attached here as well, <br />Item 109 – Same as 106, <br />Item 112 – I believe the note for a repeat violation was meant for the previous owner, <br />Item 203 – 7-Eleven will not have 36 months of records since this location has only been owned by us for just over a <br />month, <br />Item 205 and 206 – Same as 106, <br />Item 207 – Same as 203. <br /> <br />I bring these up because some should be rereviewed and many cannot be addressed until CERS is approved to be moved <br />to our business unit. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Ethan, <br /> <br />Please reach out to Celeste and ask her if she can follow-up on the CERS transfer again this morning. <br /> <br /> <br />Thanks, <br />Stephen K.
