Micke Grove Road, Lodi <br />INFORMATION: <br />APPLICANT: Dillon & Murphy <br />APN: 059-140-57 <br />The site is not currently located within a Federal Emergency Management Agency Designated <br />Flood Hazard Area. <br />Micke Grove Road has an existing right-of-way of 62 feet (42 feet E/O centerline) and a planned <br />right-of-way width of 84 feet. <br />The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required when parcels are developed. The fee is due <br />and payable at the time of building permit application. <br />The Regional Transportation Impact Fee will be required when parcels are developed.
