FINDINGS FOR MINOR SUBDIVISION PA -2000223 MARIO CARRASCO ET AL. / DILLON & MURPHY 1. The proposed subdivision is consistent with the General Plan, any applicable Master Plan, Specific Plan, and Special Purpose Plan and any other applicable plan adopted by the County. • The proposed Minor Subdivision Map PA -2000223 is consistent with the General Plan, any applicable Specific Plan and Special Purpose Plan and any other applicable plan adopted by the County because the AL -5 land use designation permits the division proposed. Further, no specific plans are involved. 2. The design or improvement of the proposed subdivision is consistent with the General Plan and any applicable Specific Plan or Special Purpose Plan. • The design or improvement of the proposed subdivision is consistent with the General Plan and any applicable Specific Plan or Special Purpose Plan because the design and improvements meet the minimum standards contained in the General Plan as reflected in the Tentative Map. 3.
