The <br /> Tank 2 (Tank)was inspected on September 9,2021,by Jordan Johnson,AST Inspector No. AST-T10388. <br /> Condor performed the inspection in general conformance with Steel Tank Institute (STI) Standard SP001 <br /> 6t'Edition—January 2018 Formal External Inspection(FEI). <br /> The Tank is a cylindrical single-compartment, double-wall, protected, horizontally oriented steel tank <br /> located outdoors adjacent to Tank 1 and adjacent the fuel dispensing area. The Tank's configuration is <br /> consistent with a Category 1 AST and has the following inspection schedule: <br /> Tank Category Monthly Annual Formal Formal <br /> I,II,or III Inspections* Inspections* External Internal Leak Test <br /> Inspection** Inspection** (Years) <br /> (volume-gallons) (Y/N) (Y�) (Years) (Years) <br /> I(8,000 gal) j Y j Y j 20 1 - - <br /> *Completed by owner's inspector. **Completed by Certified Inspector. <br /> Visual Observations <br /> • A manufacturer's identification label and Underwriters Laboratory (UL) AST identification label <br /> were observed on the Tank. <br /> • The Tank was equipped with a 2-inch operational(normal)vent. <br /> • Both the Tank primary compartment and interstitial area were equipped with Emergency Relief <br /> Vents(ERVs). <br /> • The Tank was equipped with a clock-style level gauge in addition to a manual liquid level <br /> measurement port. There was approximately 2 inches difference between the clock gauge reading <br /> and manual liquid level measurements. <br /> • The Tank was equipped with a ground-level remote fill station.Fill piping appeared to be equipped <br /> with an overfill prevention device on the top of the Tank. <br />
