#104 and #107 - I don't need the CERS submittal uploaded. Please log back into CERS and see if it is still in
"draft". Maybe it wasn't fully submitted yet. Once I can review it on CERS I can close these two violations.
#203 - When you get a copy of a work order from Elite IV that shows the work they did in May 2020, please
submit a copy to me and then I can close this violation.
#301 — Please submit the picture of the fix for the fuel filters to dispenser 6
FOR HAZARDOUS WASTE
Violation 110 was closed.
#101 — For some reason violation 101 wasn't on the Corrective Action Statements, but I feel like we spoke
about it on the phone and you submitted the EPA ID number Invoice form DTSC. In order to close this one for
Hazardous Waste, we need an actual statement. I've re-attached the Corrective Action Statement that has
violation 101 on it. You can copy your sentences from the one you sent me onto this attached sheet and add a
sentence for 101 that you applied with DTSC. Then please resend that to me.
#601 — I need a copy of the manifest after they pick up the waste. Then I can close this violation.
#605— I need the picture of the labeled 55 gallon drum then I can close this violation.
FOR HAZARDOUS MATERIALS BUSINESS PLAN
Violations 9 and 12 were closed.
#11 —We need a copy of the training record, then I can close this violation. This training record is the template
I emailed to you. Please email me a copy of the completed training record then I can close the violation. The
training record does not have to be uploaded into CERS but it should be kept on site at the facility.
#5 and #6—These can be closed after they are uploaded into CERS but it may still be in the draft stage on
your end. Please log back onto CERS and make sure it has fully been submitted so it is all uploaded into
CERS.
If you have any questions, please let me know.
Thank you!
All the Best,
Carol Presto
Environmental Health Specialist Trainee
San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department
Email: cprestoCaD_sigov.orq
Phone: (209) 616-3061
https://www.sogov.org/del)artment/envhealth/
In order to comply with the Regional Stay at Home order effective December 6, 2020, the Environmental Health Department's public
lobby will be limited to no more than two customers at a time.
