Land within 1000 feet of the site is zoned as follows : <br /> 1. G.A. - General Agriculture <br /> D. This facility is currently in substantial compliance with State Mini- <br /> mum Standards as determined by a physical inspection made on October <br /> 27 , 1977 , except that they violate Section 17627 , 17636 , 17637 , 17638 , <br /> 17639 , and 17707 . The conditions of this permit will establish an <br /> appropriate schedule for compliance with these Sections under the <br /> "Provisions'° section. <br /> E. This county has no solid waste management plan, but this site was <br /> established before August 18 , 1974, therefore no finding of need and <br /> necessity from the State Solid Waste Management Board is required. <br /> F. Operations immediately prior to August 15 , 1977 were conducted as <br /> specified by the Report of Disposal Site Information dated August 5 , <br /> 1977 and amendment October 13 , 1977 which are hereby made part of this <br /> permit. <br /> II. CONDITIONS: <br /> A. Requirements : <br /> 1. This facility must comply with all of the State Minimum Standards <br /> for Solid Waste Handling and Disposal . <br /> 2. This facility must comply with all federal, state, and local <br /> requirements and enactments. <br /> 3. The enforcement agency reserves the right to request additional <br /> information concerning the design and operation of this facility. <br /> B. Prohibitions : <br /> The following actions are prohibited at the facility: <br /> 1. Disposal of hazardous wastes <br /> 2. Scavenging <br /> 3. Open burning <br /> 4. Disposal of large dead animals . <br /> C. Specifications : <br /> 1. No significant change in design or operation from that described <br /> in items A & F of the "FINDINGS" section is allowed, except for <br /> those changes which are required under the "Conditions" portion <br /> of this permit. <br /> 2. The operator will immediately commence and thereafter maintain <br /> a log of special occurences . <br />
