They are proposing to <br />construct a very large warehouse there. They are willing to take another sample for CH4 and do some additional <br />trenches in the easement. This is proposed and I have not seen any plans. I just wanted to let you know that we met <br />with them and what was discussed. I directed them to contact the RWQCB, APCD and local planning. They wanted a <br />closure letter and I explained that we could not provide that due to the fact that the neighboring property still contained <br />waste. Please let me know your comments.
