I did not observe any animals feeding C <br /> on waste. <br /> 17703 Fire Control . I did not observe any fires or see C <br /> evidence of recent fires on site. <br /> Fire control would be effected through <br /> the use of dirt movement by the <br /> scraper and dozer, and also by the <br /> water truck . A fire break surrounded <br /> the perimeter of the site. <br /> 17704 Leachate I did not observe any leachate leaving V <br /> Control . the site although I did observe <br /> leachate seeping out of the east wall <br /> of the trench and what looked like an <br /> oil seep on the southern portion of <br /> the site. Steve Salzman, Project <br /> Engineer, Regional Water Quality <br /> Control Board, said that the site is <br /> not currently in compliance with <br /> Subchapter 15 monitoring due to an <br /> incomplete groundwater monitoring <br /> proposal (Vadose Zone) , and no Closure <br /> Plan Proposal . <br /> (See Photo I-2-4, I-2-5, I-2-6) <br /> Page No. 6 of 10 Inspector : �� -� <br />
