Based on the results, it appears that the test was conducted without a current OPW certificate. Do you have <br /> the technician's current OPW certificate? It should be issued prior to the 7/20/2021 testing date and not expired to <br /> show that he was certified to do the testing before the test date of 7/20/2021. <br /> 1 also noticed that the tank charts submitted are for Modern Welding Company but in CERS the tanks are listed as Owens <br /> Corning.
