He thought these <br />wastes might be less than 50% solids. The Waste Discharge <br />Requirements for the site prohibit the discharge of liquid or semi- <br />solid waste containing less than 50% solids. <br />Response: <br />The County is currently training its employees to recognize and <br />reject liquid or semi-solid wastes.
