Due to extremely dry
conditions at the site, monitoring well MW-1 was dry, and MW-3
contained insufficient water to sample. As a result, it was not
possible to make an assessment of the deep aquifer. In addition,
a groundwater contour map could not be developed for the deep
aquifer. This report is submitted to comply with Subchapter 15 and
Waste Discharge Requirements program number 89-046.
The Waste Discharge Requirements also require that waste volume and
minimum elevation of discharge of waste be reported on a quarterly
basis. The waste quantities for the period July through September
are as follows:
Volume Min. Discharge
Month (Cubic yards) Elevation
July 29,390 230
August 30,338 230
September 25,707 230
If you have any questions concerning the enclosed information,
please feel free to call me or Rudy Rodriguez at (209) 468-3066.
Sincerely,
GAB L KARAM P.E.
Solid Waste Engineer
c: Ed Padilla
