San Joaquin St. <br />Stockton, California 95201 <br />Subject: 5 YEAR PERMIT REVIEW, CORRAL HOLLOW LANDFILL, SAN <br />JOAQUIN COUNTY, #39 -AA -005. <br />Dear Mr. Valinoti: <br />This is in response to your letter dated October 17, 1990. <br />Public Works Department is in agreement with your Department that <br />a permit revision and a CEQA review are necessary. Shortly, we <br />will hire a qualified environmental consulting firm to initiate <br />the CEQA process. <br />We are also in agreement with your list of recommended changes. <br />Your recommendations of new operator, hazardous waste screening <br />program, prohibited wastes and daily tonnage will be incorporated <br />in the revised permit. <br />This Department has decided to postpone the request for use of an <br />alternative daily cover to an unspecified future date.
